Last year I made a GitHub repository of all the problems that I had with the LilyGO T-Display S3:
https://github.com/teastainGit/LilyGO-T-display-S3-setup-and-examples
Read through this and try the included examples. Also study the examples to understand how to program this board!

I admit that I don't know, no Lilygo example works
but the compilation is ok
except BL of 7789V yet correctly connected
However at first it worked correctly then nothing more (?)
I know that the latest version of the ESP32 library is not compatible with the card but despite that nothing lights up

They often stop working after an upload or Arduino IDE library update.
THAT, we can fix!
